About Us
Drs James and Penny Cumines opened the Peninsula Veterinary Surgery in January 1994 working on their own as a husband and wife team.
Our focus has always been on providing a friendly, caring and professional service and continues today with our dedicated team.
During 2004 James and Penny took leave to travel Australia with their three children. Dr Ian Lynch became the veterinarian entrusted with
our patients health and has since stayed with us since our return in February 2005. Clients are welcome to see either Ian or James for consultation.
Our building sits on the corner of Anzac Ave and Ashmole Rd with lots of off street parking entry via Ashmole Rd. For your comfort the premises is
fully air conditioned with 2 large consulting rooms and more waiting area.
Facilities also include a surgery, dental area, xray facilities, kennels, grooming room and separate isolation room.
Each appointment is allotted 20 minutes as we find this allows a more relaxed time for both patients and clients.
